Financial Accounting: Reporting and Analysis

Prerequisite: ACC102 or approval of instructor

This course will focus on the financial statement as a mean of diagnosing a company’s strengths and weaknesses enabling decisions on loans, investments, acquisitions, and employment. We will cover the economic and political forces impacting accountants. Included in the course are the topics of financial statements, analysis and data mining, balance sheets, cash flows, revenue cycle, expenditure cycle, and decision making.
